Ramen Haven's second restaurant brings its signature tonkotsu, chicken and vegetable ramen, rice bowls, yakitori and small plates to Boston Post Road in Sudbury.
Tonkotsu is Ramen Haven's signature. The restaurant describes its pork-bone broth as a simmer of more than ten hours, and it anchors the Signature Tonkotsu ($19.95), a bowl of silky pork-bone broth with sliced chashu and a small flake of gold leaf.
The kitchen describes its cooking as traditional Japanese technique with locally sourced, natural ingredients, served somewhere that feels special but stays approachable.
